Rick knows that buying or refinancing a home is one of the biggest financial decisions that AnnieMac’s clients will ever make. That’s why he works hard to ensure his team has the resources and know-how to ease borrowers through the loan process, with no detail overlooked. We prefer to think of ourselves as being customer service specialists who just happen to also offer mortgages. Rick enjoys working with his clients on a personal level- whether they are a first-time home buyer, or a veteran of refinancing. His expertise includes Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, USDA, and Renovation loans.

Rick also makes a point of keeping up with the latest financial and industry trends, as well as state and federal regulatory requirements, so he can serve as an informed advocate for his team and their clients. He makes sure his team will not only get clients a loan, but the best loan for them.

Originally a New Jersey native- Rick grew up with the sunny beaches of Sarasota, Florida as his home for 24 years. Trading in the palm trees and sand, Rick made the decision to return to NJ last year to be close with his family as well as join his father Jeff Coon on the award-winning Purchase Pros Team. Now Rick is proud to offer his clients not only stellar customer service, attention to detail, and professional guidance- but also the expertise and knowledge that comes from working with one of the best teams in the mortgage business.
